  • Using Rekyndo branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written authorisation

3. Enforcement

Rekyndo monitors the Platform for violations of this AUP and reserves the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to a violation, including:

  • Issuing a formal warning and requiring corrective action
  • Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating the offending account
  • Removing or disabling access to listings, tenders, or other content that violates this AUP
  • Reporting unlawful conduct to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
  • Pursuing civil or criminal legal action where warranted

Rekyndo’s failure to enforce any provision of this AUP on a particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future. Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity or content on the Platform that you believe violates this AUP or our Terms of Service, we encourage you to report it promptly. You can report violations by:

  • Using the “Report” function available on listings and user profiles within the Platform
  • Emailing our Trust & Safety team at safety@rekyndo.com

All reports are treated confidentially. Rekyndo will review each report and take appropriate action in accordance with our internal policies. We may not be able to share the outcome of individual investigations with reporters.
