Bidding on tenders

For certified service providers: how to find, view, and win tenders.

Service providers see tenders matched to their certifications and coverage regions. Previewing basics (category, location, rough value) is free. Opening full scope counts as a view against your monthly allowance (or is charged per view on pay-as-you-go plans).

Finding relevant tenders

Set up coverage windows in your provider settings — which categories you serve, which regions you cover, which certifications you carry. The tender inbox filters automatically.

Bid mechanics

• Bids are binding — if you win, you're committing to the scope at the price you submitted
• You can revise your bid any time before close
• Bids include a price, timeline, and (on Tier-3-required tenders) compliance evidence
• The leading bid is visible to other bidders — sealed-bid mode is opt-in per tender

When you win

You're notified immediately. Funds move to escrow on the buyer side. You have 48 hours to confirm mobilisation or the award forfeits to the next-ranked bidder.
