Posting a tender
Scope a service, attach it to a listing, collect bids.
Tenders are how services get priced and awarded on Rekyndo. Transport, inspection, refurb, finance, dismantling, site-prep — six categories, same flow. Post the scope, certified providers bid, you award, escrow settles.
Two ways to originate
- From a listing · on any product detail page, click Attach tender under Logistics or Inspection · pre-fills machine details
- Standalone · from
/tenders, click Post a tender · you fill in the target machine or yard yourself
Scope fields
Scope fields depend on category. All tenders capture location, window, compliance requirements, deliverable. Transport also captures weight, dims, Incoterm. Inspection captures subsystems and deliverable format. See service categories.
Admin review
Every new tender goes through a brief ops review — typically 2 working hours. Review checks scope completeness, compliance flags (e.g. hazmat), and category fit. Once approved, the tender is visible to qualified providers.
Collect bids & award
Providers submit binding bids with price, timeline, and compliance evidence. You can ask questions, revise the scope (triggers a re-review), or award at any time before close. On award, funds move to escrow and the winning provider is notified; all other bidders get a decline notice.
