Digital handover note
On collection or delivery, both sides sign a digital handover note in the app. The note captures the hour-meter reading, any damage noted at handover, and the timestamp. This starts the 72-hour acceptance window — see how escrow works.
Cross-border customs
On tendered transport, customs handling is included by default (EU ↔ EU, EU ↔ UK, EU ↔ CH). For non-EU destinations, confirm with the carrier; most tender bids bundle the customs broker.
