Creating an account
Sign up, verify, and start transacting.
Rekyndo accounts are scoped to a specific marketplace operator. If you trade on multiple marketplaces powered by Rekyndo, you'll have a separate account per marketplace — they don't share data, balances, or identity.
Sign up
Visit your operator's sign-in URL (usually yourcompany.rekyndo.app or a custom domain). Click Sign up and choose the role you're signing up as: Buyer, Seller, or Service provider. You can upgrade later — a buyer can list a machine after completing seller onboarding.
Verify your organisation
Enter your company registration number. We check public registers in real time across 24 European jurisdictions. If your country isn't supported, upload your certificate of incorporation manually and our ops team reviews within one business day.
Add yourself as operator
The operator is the human signing agreements on behalf of the company. You'll complete an ID check (passport or national ID + liveness scan) powered by our identity provider. This is Tier 1 verification.
Invite teammates
From your organisation settings, invite teammates by email with a role: Admin, Buyer, Seller, or Viewer. Seats are governed by your subscription — see subscription tiers.
