Quickstart · for buyers
Everything you need to buy your first machine on a Rekyndo-powered marketplace — from account verification to escrow release.
Buying on Rekyndo is designed to feel like a Stripe checkout with an inspection report attached. You don't need to install anything, fax anything, or meet anyone. You do need a verified organisation account — which takes 24 hours on Tier 1 and can unlock higher trust tiers later.
What you need
- A company registration number (EU, UK, Nordics, CH — more regions added quarterly)
- A government-issued ID for the operator signing the agreement
- A bank account in the company name for escrow settlement
- Roughly 15 minutes to complete the verification form
Create an account
Apply through sign up or directly at your operator's sign-in page. You'll be asked for the company name, a work email, and the registration number. We check the register in real time; most EU companies are pre-verified within the session.
yourcompany.rekyndo.app or their own domain.Browse and make an offer
Use the marketplace filters to narrow by category, condition, hours, year, country, and seller tier. Every listing carries a signed inspection report, running-hour log, and a tier badge on the seller card. If you want the asking price, click Buy at asking. If you want to negotiate, click Make an offer — see the offer flow.
Pay through escrow
Once your offer is accepted (or you buy at asking), funds wire to a segregated client-money account at our banking partner. Rekyndo never touches your money — we hold the escrow instruction on trust for both parties. Full timeline in how escrow works.
Arrange transport, sign off, done
You can transport the machine yourself, arrange it directly with the seller's preferred carrier, or attach a transport tender to the deal. On physical handover, you sign a digital acceptance note. The 72-hour window begins; if you raise no dispute, funds release automatically. Seller receives SEPA payout same day.
